Last-minute guest!
A new participant?
Many of you asked the question, here is the solution!
Your Secret Santa is launched, the invitations have been sent and ... shock, you forgot a participant!!
Now go to Track my draws, click on the icon Add a last-minute participant (screenshot below) and simply enter the Name and Email of the latecomer.
Once added, an invitation email will be sent to them immediately (they won't know anything about this oversight).
3 conditions, however:
- There must be at least N people who have not yet drawn a name (with N = 1 + number of gifts per participant, i.e. 2 in most cases)
- It will not be possible to add exclusion rules (My-Secret-Santa.org will use the remaining possible combinations)
- Once added, the participant's name can no longer be changed or deleted (the email can be changed, as for all other participants)
