At closing time the list of entrants is frozen and its SHA-256 fingerprint is published. Nobody can alter it without it showing.
2. Public randomness
Randomness comes from the drand beacon (League of Entropy), published at the announced draw time. Neither the organiser nor Tirokdo can choose or predict it.
3. Replayable by anyone
The draw certificate holds everything needed to recompute the winners, in your browser or with your own script. A witness can countersign.
