HOSTING & DATA PROTECTION

The site is hosted by Amazon Web Services. Data are stored in the 'eu-west-1' region.

Collected data

As part of the service, the following data is collected:

  • User account: email, hashed password (+ if OAuth authentication: name, first name, profile photo URL)
  • Information on the events organised: title, description, rules
  • Information on participants: username, email, exclusion rules
  • Message exchanged as part of an event
  • Events related to the use of the service

Use of data

All data stored by this site are stored solely for the purpose of carrying out the purpose of this site. The data will under no circumstances be transmitted to third parties by the publisher for any purpose whatsoever.

Notice regarding the use of Google and Facebook data:

During the registration / authentication steps, you can choose to connect with Facebook or Google (via an authentication called 'OAuth V2'). This allows you to avoid having to remember a new password and to benefit from access to your address book in order to facilitate the establishment of the list of participants. The site does not store any contact data and only uses it according to your needs when creating a draw.

Data retention period

The collected data is stored during the active lifetime of the account. Data is purged 12 months after a user request his account deletion.
